We understand you might have questions about our classes. Here are the answers to what we're asked most often.

Do I need any computer experience to join?
Absolutely not! Our beginner classes are designed for people who have never used a computer before. We start with the very basics like how to hold a mouse and work up from there. Many of our most successful students started with zero experience.
What if I can't keep up with the class?
We keep class sizes small (maximum 6 people) specifically so our instructors can give individual attention. If you need extra help, we offer free catch-up sessions and take-home materials. We also have private tuition options for more personalised learning.
Do I need to bring my own computer?
No, we provide all the computers and equipment you need. Our classroom has modern computers with large screens and comfortable keyboards. However, if you prefer to learn on your own laptop or tablet, you're welcome to bring it.
What happens if I miss a class?
Life happens, and we understand that. If you miss a session, you can attend a make-up class with another group at no extra charge. We also provide detailed notes from each lesson so you can catch up on what you missed.
Are your classes suitable for people with visual or mobility impairments?
Yes, our classroom is fully accessible and we have experience working with students who have various accessibility needs. We can adjust font sizes, provide magnification tools, and modify our teaching approach as needed. Please let us know about any requirements when you book.
